Terms of Service
I have to write this and you have to read it because there are always people that are going to ruin the fun for the rest of us. I want to moderate this place as little as possible and hopefully if people use their heads a little bit, the I won't have to. ;3
General Forum Rules
Honestly now, very few of you are going to have to worry about these. The rules boil down to basic common sense and basic netiquitte.
- Don't flame, harass, or be rude to other members without reason. Don't waste time posting it so I don't have to waste time deleting it.
- No thread breaking, i.e. posting huge image macros or text bombs for the express purpose of breaking the tables and making threads unreadable. It makes the forums cry.
- Don't spam the boards. Spamming qualifies as two things - excessive low quality posts and topics (one liners, a plethora of fad threads, etc.), and then advertising (click here, penis pills, gambling, etc.). Drawing the line on what is spam and what is not can be very difficult, but normal forum usage will never, ever count as spam. Spammers will be warned the first time and banned the second; they will be instantly banned in cases of extreme abuse.
- Use the Not Safe For Work emoticon to tag links in threads that have content that would be objectionable to view at work/school/family computer. Include 'NSFW' in the titles of threads that are about this material (porn, gore, etc.) to warn users before they click.
- Don't release personal information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) about other posters without their expressed permission. Doing this will result in an instant ban.
- Keep personal disputes to PM and off of General Tripe. Nobody wants to know your business.

- Don't post links that lead to browser exploits, as in links that crash people's browsers, spawn popups, install software, etc. They pose an enormous security risk, even if you think the exploit is harmless.
- Alt accounts are allowed as long as that account is not used to abuse the boards. Deliberately violating the TOS while hiding behind an alt account can result in all accounts tied to that name being suspended or removed (read: banned).
- Ban evasion will get you... well, banned. If you were banned, don't try to come back because you're not wanted. Go outside or something.
Genesis
Genesis has the strictest rules out of all of the boards. This isn't place to put people off, but rather to discourage trolls and the like from posting.
- If you're going to leave criticism, please make it constructive. Don't say that you think something sucks without being able to back it up.
- Don't make a new thread every time you have a seizure and manage to draw something in MS Paint. Unless it's something really profound.
- Descriminatory or hate art will not be toleratred. Posting any kind of art that promotes hate or violence towards a specific group of people based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or sexual preference will automatically result in a ban.
- Posting adult drawings is alright, but please refrain from posting adult photographs that you took. No matter how artistically valuable and tasteful they are, I do not want to have to worry about if the models are legal age or not. Sorry, guys.
- Most importantly, don't plagarize. Art theft will not be tolerated and will result in an instant ban and you will be reported to the original artist. With this in mind, always remember to cite your soucres if you used any.
Garbazhe
This section is a giant free for all. As long as it's not illegal, go ahead and post whatever you want. Moderation only for extreme abuse.
BANNED!
This section is a directory of banned members and the reason why they were banned. For more information, please see the sticky in the BANNED! section.
Sigs / Avatars
If you have an avatar or signature that violates the following, you will be asked to remove it. If you do not, your sig and avatar privileges will be taken away. Or even worse, assign you one myself. ;3
- Currently, the avatar limit is 100x100 and there is a 500 character limit on signature sizes.
- Don't have signatures that take up half the screen. Be mindful of those stuck with lower resolutions. Using good judgement on signature size is key. There is no size limit as of now, so please don't abuse this privilege.
- Grahpic adult content (sexual or otherwise) is not permitted in either signatures or avatars. Just use good taste.
Notes
I try very hard to remain an impartial and fair admin. If you feel that you've been treated unfairly for any reason, please take it up with me via PM or email and we can talk (not argue) about what happened and why certain decisions were made. This is not an invitation to flame me or be belligerent simply for the sake of being so, but rather it is an attempt on my part to make sure that I'm doing my job well. If you have an issue, please come to me instead of letting it sit and fester. Being on a board where the admin staff is like some unreachable upper echelon makes me uncomfortable; I don't want that kind of environment here.
Please keep in mind that complaints that are well thought out and polite tend to be more convincing than complaints that are defensive and/or combative.
